Marketing Coordinator Job Description

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for building campaigns in Facebook Ads Manage and Google Ads, creating social media posts, managing content across our websites, and collaborating with department managers on projects. We are seeking an energetic and driven marketer. The ideal candidate is a confident, highly motivated individual looking for a great marketing opportunity with growth potential.

 

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, and advertising campaigns.

  • Run, analyze, and report on the performance trends and efficiency of ads, websites, etc.

  •  Manage social media pages and create social media posts for all accounts.

  • Create and manage website content for all companies.

  •  Generate new photo and video content

  • Handle and fulfill merchandise orders and keep track of inventory

  • Collaborate with other internal teams (ex. sales and executive) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.

  • Other duties and projects as assigned

  • Travel may be required

 

Marketing Coordinator Qualifications

  • Experience managing business social media pages and Google Ads

  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail

  • Proven work experience with website creation, design, and management

  • Track website data using provided software for all markets and look for avenues and opportunities to strengthen our web presence

  • Comfortable writing and editing marketing documents, emails, and website content

  •  Team player with strong collaborative skills, humble and enthusiastic learner’s mindset, and adaptability/flexibility to pitch in when needed

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage/execute multiple ongoing projects

  •  Experience in the Trucking and/or Logistics industry is a plus

  •  Track website data using provided software for all markets and look for avenues and opportunities to strengthen our web presence.
